Overview:

Taking its technical feats to the next level, the IAC will run on the famed Monza F1 Circuit, the oldest racing circuit in Europe, to push new boundaries.

Format:

The race was organized as a multi-agent passing competition at increasing intervals. This competition was conducted as a single elimination tournament consisting of multiple rounds of head-to-head matches culminating in a championship match.

Two cars participated in each passing competition match. The two cars took turns playing the role of leader (defender) and passer/follower (attacker), and passes were attempted at ever increasing speeds until one or both cars was unable to successfully complete a pass.
